Sorry if this question has been asked before, I had trouble searching with my vague keywords...
When I enter a specific wine, with a quantity other than one, I have only been able to assign a row/column location to the entire group. I would love to only enter the wine once and then assign a location of a1, a2, a3... to each bottle individually. This would save so much time, so is there a way to do this? Any info would help! Thanks! |

Thanks! Hi Kim, unfortunately, you would have to enter each bottle individually to give them separate locations. The way VinCellar is programmed only allows for information to be applied all the way across one entry. -------------------- Customer Service Lead Specialist VINFOLIO |

Hi Kim, unfortunately, you would have to enter each bottle individually to give them separate locations. The way VinCellar is programmed only allows for information to be applied all the way across one entry. Actually, you can enter the lot as just one entry, and then later edit the storage location. Just click on Show as Individual Bottles. If I'm keeping a case of wine I may assign it a bin number. You can split the bottles into twelve individuals, assign the same location to ten of them and put the other two in two separate locations. You will then have three entries, one with ten bottles and the two individual ones. |
