Hi. Love the site! I was trying to go in and add the bottle labels to my wines and can't for the life of me find where this can edited. Do we only get the chance when entering the bottle or is there a way to upload after entering?

Hi there! To upload photos, you will simply click on the name of the wine to get to what we call the Wine Detail page.
Right underneath the default image (it's a photo of a bunch of corks with the words "No image available"), you should see a link that says "Upload Label Image". Click on that, and there will be a pop-up window that will allow you to choose which image you would like to upload. (The image must be a .jpg file no larger than 300KB, and at least 360 pixels wide by 405 pixels high.) Then click "Upload", and your image upload will be complete! Please bear in mind that all images uploaded to our website are first reviewed before being published. Once the photo has been approved, we will then set it as the image for that particular wine. Why do some of my entries that have no image available not offer the "Upload Label Image" option below the corks?

Regarding: Uploading A Label Image
I have the same problem--after clicking on the name of the wine, the "upload image" link under the "fill image" that you refer to on the "Wine Detail page" is not showing up. I also would like to know why it isn't there and how I can upload a wine label image. I'm using the most recent version of Firefox as my browser. |

If the "Upload Label Image" link is not available on a specific wine detail page, it's because that wine is new to our database and is awaiting verification by our data team. This is to prevent listings for wines that do not exist, or wines that were entered incorrectly. Our data team is currently working through a queue of hundreds of different unverified wines, so please check back regularly, as your wine will eventually be verified. Then, voila, you will be able to see the Upload Label Image link!
