In the removed tab, I can sort on date removed - is there a way to get a sort in the summary tab (or somewhere else) by date added?

Do you mean the date added to VinCellar or your purchase date of the wine? The latter is available in the Cost Detail view. There is no current place to show the date added to VinCellar although we've always captured that field. In the new VinCellar 3.0 currently being developed, the user will be able to configure the displayable columns in a view although the "date added to VinCellar" is currently in the design only for displaying bottle-specific data. However, I suspect you are interested in something at the wine level, perhaps showing the most recent date a specific wine was added (e.g., even if you've added that wine multiple times in the past).
