I have a question on what would happen in the unfortunate event of a bankruptcy of Vinfolio. What happens to wine stored at Vinfolio? Is it owned in the client name or can it potentially be seized by creditors of vinfolio? Who is responsible for delivery of the wine to clients in the event of a bankruptcy?
