Hi!
I don't really understand how you calculate Community Cost in the Bulk Edit section, maybe you can lighten me up. I added a wine that was already in your db and the Community Cost field didn't modified although it had a cost from the user that added it. And when do I have an "Auction" price(Bulk Edit)?. I selected in the add wine process auction price and nothing happend in the bulk edit view. I appreciate it! |

Thank you for your post. Community cost reflects the average of all VinCellar user-entered costs for the same wine, year and size. It is calculated periodically throughout the day but could take up to 24 hours to reflect recently entered costs. Community cost is calculated for all verified wines in the database that have at least one user-entered cost.
The 'auction' cost that you entered during 'Add wine' should be displayed in the Cost column of Bulk Edit. If you provide a couple of wine names I can investigate each of your questions further. -------------------- Kristin Elmstrom
