Three parcels donate to this cuvee. Some new futs. A ticking time-bomb of aromas and flavors. Leads off with a nose bursting with green apple, quince, peach and pear laced together with strands of crystalline mineral. The batonnage it receives gives forth the tarte tatin palate that is further enriched by thick, but defined, layers of stone, meadow flowers, white floral and apple skin. A refreshing density and permeating mouth feel, it has energizing undercurrents of chalk, lime and lanolin.
