30 year-old vines. 50% aged in futs; 50% in stainless steel. Riveting nose of lovely lemon spritz, lanolin and acacia blossom with a nervy limestone/mineral quality. Bright note of honey and wisteria blossoms. The palate is a medium-bodied playground of crushed flint, white peach, nectarine and crushed apricot and pit. Incredible definition and comportment with a delicate brush of sweet herb and a lime/basil sub-note. Lingering and precise roundness in the finish; bone dry.
