Lively, but broad in the nose with a touch of golden apple, freshly churned butter and meadow grass. Bright beam of acid greets the first sip and glides into custard, tangerine, ginger and floral white pepper. Lovely accents of lime and lime leaf, flirty mineral content and a hint of gooseberry bush and green figs. Clean and inviting, yet nice texture and full-medium-bodied mouth weight.
