Lots of love via the nose of chocolate-covered grilled plums, purple blossoms, sea-salted Morello cherries and black peppered rose petals. This is a wine that is loaded with character and textures. Approachable, yet with mysterious depths and undercurrents that touch upon spiced plum- cake, wild blueberry, dark chocolate bark and black cherry. It has a dark fierceness that is tempered by an underlying blanketing of cocoa, coffee, and lava rock. Chewy but extended finish.
