Sourced entirely from the Ink Grade Vineyard, this is classic Howell Mountain fruit. Cabernet Sauvignon has been a specialty here since their inception when the founders, a pair of physicians from Memphis met Randy Dunn on the day he realized he had 5 tons too much fruit. A smoothly focused nose of mint, cherry, raspberry, lavender and chocolate. The wine comes across as very rich and full-bodied. Needs time to settle down.
