($27) Silvery straw color. Mineral-driven aromas of lime pith, pear skin and wet stone are deepened by floral honey. Full and round but still tightly wound, with vibrant citrus and pit fruit flavors, zesty acidity and a firm, youthfully bitter, clinging finish that leaves a bitter suggestion of quinine. Like most semillons, this needs some time to stretch out.
