The NV Brut Nature Zero shows remarkable tension, as suggestions of jasmine, white peaches and minerals vie for center stage with the wine's structural components. This shows tons of energy yet seems to be holding quite a bit back in reserve as well. The Brut Nature Zero is a fabulous wine, but it, too, needs to be enjoyed at the table.

Lightweight and crisp, with an appealing lemony zip. Apple and ginger notes complete the flavor spectrum, and the finish is mouthwatering.

This has a bread dough/yeast aroma suggesting a heavier style but in the mouth it is lighter than I expected. Really dry champagne (zero dosage) with sour apple patch flavors and nice effervescence. I like the overall weight of the wine and find it easy to drink.

Nicely balanced and very dry champagne, perfect with all sorts of food.
