A wine that fills out in all directions, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Precious is another hugely promising wine from Hundred Acre. Super ripe black cherries, chocolate, tobacco and smoke literally explode from the glass. Sweet floral notes develop later, adding tons of inner sweetness and perfume. This multi-dimensional, vivid Cabernet Sauvignon will be at its best between the ages of ten and twenty although readers will have a very hard time waiting that long. Anticipated maturity: 2020-2030.
