Very ripe aromas of crushed stone, menthol, bitter chocolate and peony. Thick, dense and intense, with terrific sap and minerality energizing the seamless middle palate. Powerful, vibrant, slow-building back end features thoroughly buffered tannins that spread out to saturate the entire palate.
