Trivium is the brainchild of three highly qualified wine industry veterans: Stu Harrison, Jack Stuart and Doug Wight. They produced their first release in 2005 from the Les Ivrettes Block of the venerable Lewelling Vineyard in St. Helena, which has been farmed by Wight's family for five generations. The vineyard block is named for the three daughters of the principals, who grew up playing and celebrating in the vineyard. 2005 is the first commercial release of Trivium Cabernet Sauvignon.
