Moderately saturated medium ruby. Musky aromas of boysenberry, black raspberry, menthol and dark chocolate. Sweet and creamy on the palate, but with a slight edge of acidity to give shape to the wine's moderately deep fruit. There's a touch of leathery rusticity here, but this wine will offer plenty of early appeal.
