Bright gold. Pure, mineral-accented aromas of pink grapefruit, lime, pear skin and wild herbs. Taut and spicy, with salty minerality lifting musky peach pit and orchard fruit flavors. Slow to unwind and dominated by its mineral component today. Finishes with lingering smokiness and excellent persistence. This will age slowly.
