The 2007 Pinot Noir Garys' Vineyard is one of the finest single vineyard Pinot Noirs I have tasted from California this year, it reveals gorgeous aromas of smoked herbs, charcoal, forest floor, and sweet black currants, raspberries, and plums. This incredibly fragrant, full-bodied, opulent wine struts its stuff in a magnificently complex style. It should drink nicely for 5-7 years, but who can wait that long?

Super ripe pinot. Acidity is lacking a little. This is well made and delicious but seems a bit clumsy right now.
