In fact, this finished with just over two grams per liter of residual sugar, noted Lemon, whereas the rest of the ?07s are one gram at most. Showing limited complexity in the mouth today, perhaps because the wine?s sweetness has not yet harmonized with its surprisingly strong acidity. These vines were planted in 2001.
