($45-$55) Medium ruby-red. Cassis and minerals on the nose, with complicating notes of mocha, cardamom, black tea, menthol and licorice. A juicy, suave, densely packed midweight with very good energy and intensity to its cassis, graphite and fresh herb flavors. Quite dry but not hard, finishing with building, tongue-dusting tannins and notes of herbs and tobacco leaf.
