Full-bodied and layered with tremendous depth as well as purity and that nobility of great Cabernet Sauvignon that very few regions in the world can achieve, this youngster, although approachable and seductive now, should evolve for 25-30 more years. Statisticians may be interested in knowing that the Signature is a blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Malbec, 4% Petit Verdot, 1% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc. The Pritchard Hill is composed of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Petit Verdot, 8% Malbec, 2% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc.
