Explosive citrus fruit, a hint of mint and orange blossom combine with subtle grassy aromas. This Sauvignon Blanc has great acidity with just a hint of creaminess and a touch of honey along with even more grassiness, mineral, tropical fruit, and a pinch of nutmeg on the palate. A perfect spring and summertime wine that is the perfect accompaniment to chicken with tarragon.
