Author: Robert Parker
Fashioned from the same sources, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon is somewhat closed, but it reveals impressive component parts, including a dense purple color, lots of concentration, full-bodied power, plenty of tannin and a sweetness and equilibrium that augur well for further development. Atypically backward for a 2007, it needs 3-4 years of cellaring and should drink well for 15+ years.
