The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Knight's Valley exhibits a dark ruby/purple hue as well as attractive notes of white chocolate, black currants, earth, and spice. Elegant, medium to full-bodied, and pure with no hard edges, this is a delicious, upfront Cabernet.
