Wine Spectator Author: James Suckling

Wonderful aromas of black licorice and blueberry lead to a full body, with juicy, round tannins. Luscious and decadent. Might be better on toast! A gorgeous wine, this is the real deal for Amarone. Why wait? But a little bottle age should really bring it together.

Whoaa was this sweet - about as sweet a wine without it being designated so. Completely delicious though as you could imagine those grapes drying in the sun. Smooth with so much blueberries. Will probably mellow out in a few years, extremely primary right now.
