The most interesting wines in this portfolio include the 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Fay, which displays plenty of roasted herbs, cherries, black currants, wood smoke, and underbrush in a medium-bodied, elegant style. The finish could be longer, and there could be more depth, but this wine will certainly drink nicely for 10-12+ years.
