This classic Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot is one of the top new Cabs in Napa Valley. Beautiful notes of freshly cracked pepper, herbs de provence, and luscious cassis. Tobacco, coffee and dark chocolate also abound in this beautifully balanced wine. There are multiple layers of dark berry fruits, cigar box, and exotic spices which marry effortlessly with the silky tannins and just the right amount of acidity.

Medium to dark garnet in color, this wine smells of woodsmoke, vanilla, and sweet black cherry. On the palate it is velvety juicy black cherry and toasted oak with suede-like tannins that turn a little hard over time. Nice acidity makes it easy to drink, but it finishes with a little more wood than I would like. With a couple of years this wine will be even better.
