(75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12.f% Cabernet France, 12.5% Merlot - all dry farmed on hillside terraces utilizing sustainable agriculture practice.) This cab just keeps improving by leaps and bounds. True to its Bordelais brethren and stylings, your nose is greeted by concentrated dark red fruit with sophisticated hints of the Mt. Veeder chaparral, spiced cocoa and dark plum tart. A lovely stream of black currant is joined by a potpourri of cedar, truffle and dark violet. Displays impeccable balance, depth and purity with great class and demeanor. Substantial, yet refined tannins, helps this wine reach great heights and a finish that is develop admirably over the next 10 years. This wine merits your respect along with a bit of patience.
