Displaying a more complex bouquet of graphite, truffles, blueberries, blackberries, and background subtle oak, the 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon is deeper, more nuanced, and fleshier in the mouth with good acidity, noticeable, but sweet tannin, and a longer finish. It is a more complete, complex, richer, and deeper effort that should drink well for 15-20 years.
