Deeper, oakier aromas of musky redcurrant, licorice and graphite. Bigger and even lusher than the regular 2005 Kayli Morgan, but with a more exotic character and less energy. Somehow, this mellow, polished wine avoids coming off as heavy. Finishes with fairly serious tannins and suggestions of dried fruits.

Made from his vineyards and harvested grape by grape rather than bunch by bunch, the 2005 Precious borders on perfection. A wine of great depth, symmetry, layered complexity, and opulence, the wine boasts stunning concentration, richness, and length. It is similar to the 2005 Kayli Morgan.
