The 2005 Paramour, a blend of equal parts Merlot and Cabernet Franc, is an elegant red offering subtle notes of mint, sweet cherries, black currants, raspberries, cedar, and sweet oak. It cuts a medium-bodied, elegant, silky path across the palate.
