Very pale straw gold. Very thick, grainy texture like orangey buttery sauce, the sort of thing you'd serve with crêpes suzette. RS 130g/l, TA 4 g/l [ie 6.1 g/l as tartaric]. Nice delicacy too. Very long indeed though not really ready.

Somewhat muted floral aromas of jasmine, orange blossom and honeysuckle over candied pineapple. A waft of anise and some cedar. The palate is quite restrained with well balanced sweetness versus medium to high acidity. Very long finish - a mineral character coming through.

This has a deliciously pure feel, with juicy, inviting green plum, ginger, heather, creamed pineapple and Jonagold apple flavors all melded together and gliding through the lengthy finish, which echoes with lilting flowers and dried citrus notes.

Yellow, light colour. Nose is medium strong even at this age, honey and lighter fruit plus some white flowers. It has urprisingly fresh with good balance of sweetness and acidity! Medium body, some white blossom followed by light dried fruit. Long aftertaste with some aromatic champignon flavour. Brilliant with great potential, one to have in any serious Sauternes / Barsac cellar.
