(from the 1er vineyard Les Plures, which is a sub-climat of Santenots; 2005 will be the last vintage) Here the bright and clean nose runs more toward white flower and honeysuckle which merge into rich, generous and energetic flavors that culminate in a linear and crisp finish that is quite dry in the best sense of the term.

Reticent aromas of soft citrus fruits, peach and flowers. Sweet, pure, peachy fruit nicely framed by ripe acidity. Luscious rather than particularly mineral in character, with modest complexity and very good persistence. The crop level in 2005 was just 20 hectoliters per hectare, down 35% from 2004 levels, and these virused vines were pulled out after the '05 harvest.
