A blend of three cool climate vineyards from Napa's southern sector, Coombsville, Stags Leap, and Oak Knoll, the 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon (includes 3% Petit Verdot) exhibits plenty of spicy oak, but it is dominated by sweet blackberry and cassis fruit intermixed with notions of charcoal, acacia flowers, and pain grille.
