Shows terrific aromas, serving up a beam of citrus-infused pear, apple and melon fruit, enlivened by firm acidity. The finish sails on, revealing a tight band of fruit. Very impressive. This is a wine with a track record for aging.

Green tinted amber in color, with air the nose brings out juicy Meyer lemon skins softened with coarsely milled sea salt providing its own distinctive bite. The palate shows a dusty, flint smoke and key lime, and rich pear complexity. The leesy mouth feel is balanced by pliable acidity and a hint of toasty oak.
