The wine with the most potential here is the 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon To-Kalon Vineyard. Its inky ruby/purple color is followed by terrific ripe fruit in the nose, good sweetness, and layers of flavor that cascade over the full-bodied, heady palate with no hard edges. The oak, acidity, alcohol, and tannin are all beautifully integrated in this seamlessly constructed 2003. Drink it during its first 10-15 years of life.

This is a big wine that should be paired with something that can complement and stand up to it. Very smooth and drinking well. Should drink well for at least another decade.
