($160) Medium-deep red. Aromas of strawberry liqueur and pepper; distinct notes of surmaturite Fat, superripe and creamy, with a suave mouth feel. Somewhat exotic notes of leather and damp earth. On the soft side but with substantial ripe tannins. Meo says this needs time in bottle.
