Very ripe, with lush papaya, peach cobbler, melon and butter flavors that are creamy and powerful through the finish. Exotic hints of ginger, graham and almond, too. Has a track record for drinking well young, and then reemerging after a long dumb period.

This wine just keeps evolving over the course of the day. I started with rating this as a 91 but bumped it to 94 because of this evolution. A big full bodied white with melon, figs, apricot, peach cobbler with a bit of honey. I get something a bit different each time I taste it which I love. Silky mouth-feel with very little acidity. Pencil shavings on the mid-palate. Nice long finish that wraps up with a bit of minerality.
