(not yet racked; this has not received any sulfur since the pressing) Apple, lime and mint on the nose. Juicy, gingery fruit supported by strong acidity (still a trace of malic?). Offers wonderful sugar/acid snap and lovely inner-mouth perfume. Tastes less sweet than its 20 grams of residual sugar.

Bright and bursting with apricot, pineapple and stone notes. Though rich, there's a sleekness to it thanks to its vivid structure. As a result it resonates on the palate, right through the long finish. Lovely harmony.
