(picked at VT weight, from a crop level under 20 hectoliters per hectare; currently 14.1% alcohol with 40 g/l r.s.) Racy aromas of crystallized grapefruit, pineapple and ginger candy. Superripe and quite sweet; in fact, today this seems a bit too sweet for its acidity, at least by the standards of VT at this address. Strong pineapple and apple flavors carry through to the very ripe finish.
