The 2002 Cinq Cepages is impressive. It boasts a deep ruby/purple hue as well as aromas of cedar, black currants, sweet cherries, licorice, and smoky oak. Medium to full-bodied, authoritatively flavored, elegant and impressively long with a velvety texture, it is already delicious and evolved but should drink well for at least another 12-14 years.

Yummy. Purple color. Blueberry and cassis on the nose. Ripe sweet tannins and blueberry fruit on the nose. Long finish. This is drinking fabulously and should last for a while.
