Schramsberg's Blanc de Blancs is my go-to everyday sparkling wine. I understand why this is the official sparkling wine of the White House. It has a fine quality about it. Aromatic, slightly dry and always refreshing, it is understandable why it is the glue that binds together leads from around the world at official State dinners. I've had this 2001 vintage in my cellar for awhile, and it is just as crisp as it should be. Bravo!
