(from two parcels of vines totaling .37 ha, with ages of 10 and 37 years) As one would expect given the purity of the Pernot style, this offers the classic aromatic Bienvenues profile of intense honeysuckle and fresh white flower fruit aromas followed by round, intense, delicious yet entirely serious flavors of excellent intensity and superb length. I very much like this as is a picture perfect example of understated and refined, elegance.

($118) Very fresh, pure aromas of grapefruit and lemon cream, complemented by a whiff of coconut. Fat, silky and oily in the mouth but light on its feet. Boasts strong fruit, an impressively layered texture and excellent backbone for aging.

Fresh, pure, rich and elegant. We love Pernot's wines. Quite intense, honeyed and balanced.
