(from a parcel measuring .78 ha) Ripe pear and subtle apple aromas lead to rich, full, firmly structured flavors bursting with citrus and melon. This is quite masculine in style and still very tight and robust with good power, plenty of character and a sweet, long, stylish finish. Classic Poruzots.

($70) Flowers and pear on the nose. At once concentrated and delineated, thanks to good ripe acidity. A fairly easygoing style; perhaps less fat and rich than the 2002 and for drinking earlier.
