The saturated blue/purple-hued 2001 Syrah Reva Vineyard Estate reveals a huge nose of melted licorice, crushed rocks, creme de cassis, blackberries, pepper, and spice. This voluptuous, rich, intense Syrah possesses a 40+ second finish. This beauty should hit its prime in 1-2 years, and last for 10-15. Most of these wines are sold via Alban's mailing list, so if you love Rhone Ranger wines, it's time to enjoy these remarkable offerings.
