($89; about two-thirds Mazoyeres and one-third Charmes) Medium red. Spicy red fruits, earth and a floral nuance on the nose. Sweeter than the foregoing samples, with red fruit and spice flavors and a supple texture. Not yet showing much nuance, though (Rousseau says it's too early to judge a wine like this). Finishes with nicely ripe tannins and good length.
