One of the surprising successes in an extremely irregular vintage, Chappellet's 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon Pritchard Hill boasts beautiful aromas of blueberries, creme de cassis, licorice, and flowers. Medium-bodied with a real mid-palate as well as follow through (something many 2000s lack), and a supple finish, this beauty should age nicely for 8-10 years.
