Author: Jancis Robinson
Pale strawberry pink with a hint of crimson still. Very broad andenveloping on the nose - as though one had plunged oneself into a cloudof feathers somehow. Absolutely lovely texture: creamy and, again, enveloping. Much more flattering than the firmer 1998 tastedalongside. Masses of fruit, quite complex fruit already on the midpalate. Delicate and relatively soft - delicate enough to enjoy on itsown as an aperitif. Pure pleasure, deeply flirtatious - even though itmay not be the longest-lasting Dom P rosé.
