Musky, truffley aromas of pear blossom, herbs and menthol. Much fuller and more powerful than the Chevalier-Montrachet but less complex and less precise today. A typically dense, broad-shouldered Batard that very young but appears to have the balance for longer-term greatness.

The nose is a incredible with light scents of tree fruits and wet rocks. It is hard to describe the flavors except to say that they are exceptionally elegant and complex. Pure, classy and infused with a delightful minerality. The finish was at least 45 seconds to a minute and was the most delightful I have ever experienced in a white wine. Never miss a chance to drink this wine.
