($52) Good deep red. Brooding aromas of deep dark fruits and tar, with a liqueur-like suggestion of kirsch Juicy, fresh and focused, with sweet dark berry and black cherry flavors framed and intensified by gripping but harmonious acids. Not huge or especially fleshy but sappy, dense and delicious. Finishes with ripe, fine tannins; mouthwatering acidity; and excellent length.

Wild berry, cherry and floral aromas to this Brunello. Full-bodied, with big, silky tannins and loads of exciting fruit. Lively, yet refined. These wines are a joy to taste. Giuseppe Bianchini is a master in the vineyards.

Was ok, not great. Not a bad wine at all. Just lacked depth and finesse. Only drank 65% of bottle on first night, second night was actually a little better. Kind of dailed down the tannins and took on a bit more subtlty.
